Terms of Service

DCA Bot (“we”, “the service”) is software that runs automated trading strategies on Uniswap V3 from a Safe smart account that you own. By using dcabot.app you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is — and is not

• It is self-custody software. Your funds stay in your own Safe; your wallet is its only owner. We never hold your funds.
• The bot acts through an on-chain session that can only swap the token pairs you allowed, back into your Safe, and pay the platform fee. You can revoke it at any time with one wallet signature.
• It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Backtests, templates and public strategies are examples, not recommendations. Past performance does not predict future results.
• Demo strategies use real prices and simulated money; their results don't include real slippage or gas.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and every transaction you sign.
• You decide which strategies run, with what amounts, and when to stop them.
• You must comply with the laws that apply to you, including tax reporting. You may not use the service if you are on a sanctions list or acting for someone who is; sign-in, payments and payouts are screened against the Chainalysis sanctions oracle.

3. Risks you accept

• Crypto assets are volatile; you can lose some or all of the value you trade.
• Smart contracts (Safe, ERC-7579 modules, Smart Sessions, Uniswap, the ERC-4337 EntryPoint) and blockchains can fail, be attacked or behave unexpectedly.
• Trades can execute at worse prices than expected (slippage, MEV), fail, or be delayed (network congestion, RPC or bundler outages, oracle staleness). The bot pauses on repeated failures and does not trade on stale or unavailable prices.
• If our server were compromised, the attacker could only use the bot's session within its on-chain limits: swapping your allowed pairs inside your Safe. They could not withdraw your funds.

4. Fees

Plans and the platform fee are shown on the Billing page before you pay. Network gas is paid by your Safe. Fees already paid on-chain are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Your Safe and funds remain yours and fully accessible through Safe{Wallet} even if dcabot.app is offline.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, gas costs, or damages arising from blockchain, smart-contract or third-party failures.
